Outline Fitness is a fully equipped 5,000 Square feet Gym with a separate Cardiovascular Suite.
We have 50 Weight Training Machines and 25 Cardio Machines as well as a full range of Free Weights, Benches, and Dumbbells.  We also have Saunas and Sunbeds. 
We have a free car park and most importantly a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Unlike other gyms, there is usually no waiting to use equipment.
If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or build confidence, then you should give us a try.

If you do like it, you can pay by the workout (£4) or join for a week, a month or longer – our membership is completely flexible and affordable.
